Select the stores in which you want to add stock issue entry; Then, select the Store Out entry type; Then, select the receiving store/godown and enter the quantity of the items you want to transfer; Then, click on the Automatic Transfer option if you want to automatically add the stock receive entry in the receiving store and save the entry; Now you can check the stock issue and stock receive entries in both stock issuing & receiving stores.

How to create invoice on Stock Register Software

Go to Sales Invoice tab and select the store in which you want to create the sales invoice; Click on Create Sales Bill button; Select the party name, invoice date and enter invoice number; Select the items and enter their quantity, price; Enter the extra charges and discount, if required; Enter the received amount if the customer is paying any amount while purchasing the items; Add the remarks and terms & conditions, if required; Now save the entry and create sales invoice; Download or print the invoice and share with your customer; You can also edit the invoice if needed. And track the party due balance if anything is due from the customer side.

Is it possible to give access to staff members?

Yes, you can use our software for multiple users. You need to add staff members and assign any one role according to your need.

View Stock Overview

The Stock Overview page shows you the current quantity and value of every item in your inventory, across all stores. Use it to monitor which items are running low, which have excess stock, and what your total inventory is worth (at both purchase and sale price). Filter by category or store to focus on specific segments. This is the page you should check daily to ensure you do not run out of popular items or overstock slow-moving ones.

Steps

Navigate to Inventory > Stock from the sidebar.
View all items with their current stock quantities.
See stock values at both Purchase Price and Sales Price.
Use Search to find specific items quickly.
Filter by Category to view items in specific categories.
Filter by Store to see stock levels at a particular store/warehouse.
Use Sort options to organize by name, quantity, or value.

Tip: Check your stock overview daily to catch low-stock items before they run out and affect your sales.

Common Questions

Yes, the Stock Overview page shows combined stock across all stores by default. You can also filter by a specific store to see stock at that location only.

Yes, stock levels update automatically with every sale, purchase, stock adjustment, and transfer. The values you see are always current.
