Print Barcodes in Bulk

When you receive a large shipment or are setting up your store for the first time, you may need barcode labels for dozens or hundreds of items. The Bulk Barcode Printing feature lets you select multiple items, set the number of labels per item, and generate all barcode stickers in one print job. This saves significant time compared to generating barcodes one item at a time, especially for retail stores and warehouses with large product catalogs.

Steps

  1. Navigate to Inventory > Barcode from the sidebar.
  2. Click "Select Items" or "Add Multiple Items".
  3. Search and select multiple items for barcode printing.
  4. Set the number of labels for each item (e.g., 10 labels per item).
  5. Choose your preferred label size and layout format.
  6. Preview the barcode labels sheet.
  7. Click "Print All" to send to your printer or "Download PDF" to save the barcode sheet.

Tip: When printing barcodes for a new shipment, match the label quantity to the stock quantity received โ€” this ensures every product gets labeled immediately.
