Generate & Print Barcodes
Barcodes speed up your billing process and reduce errors. Instead of searching for items by name during sales, your staff can simply scan the barcode with a barcode scanner or mobile camera. Stock Register lets you generate barcode labels for any item, customize the label format and size, and print them on barcode sticker sheets or thermal printers. This is particularly useful for retail shops, medical stores, and any business with a large number of items.
Steps
- Navigate to Inventory > Barcode from the sidebar.
- Select items for which you want to generate barcodes.
- Set the number of labels per item.
- Choose the barcode format and label size.
- Click "Generate" to create barcode labels.
- Use "Print" to print directly or "Download PDF" to save.
Tip: Use thermal barcode printers for professional-quality labels. They are faster and more cost-effective than regular printers for high-volume barcode printing.
