The form shows Entry Number, Date, Time, and a Remark field for additional notes. Add items to the adjustment — each row shows the item's Current Stock, so you enter only the Quantity to adjust. The system auto-calculates the Avg Purchase Price and Stock Value of the adjusted goods, so you know the financial impact. You can adjust multiple items in a single entry — for example, Banana 20 KG and Mango 5 KG removed due to Wastage. Every adjustment appears in the item's ledger as a Stock Out entry with the reason. Over time, these records reveal patterns — if most adjustments are Wastage, you have a storage problem; if Theft, a security problem.
