Select the stores in which you want to add stock issue entry; Then, select the Store Out entry type; Then, select the receiving store/godown and enter the quantity of the items you want to transfer; Then, click on the Automatic Transfer option if you want to automatically add the stock receive entry in the receiving store and save the entry; Now you can check the stock issue and stock receive entries in both stock issuing & receiving stores.

How to create invoice on Stock Register Software

Go to Sales Invoice tab and select the store in which you want to create the sales invoice; Click on Create Sales Bill button; Select the party name, invoice date and enter invoice number; Select the items and enter their quantity, price; Enter the extra charges and discount, if required; Enter the received amount if the customer is paying any amount while purchasing the items; Add the remarks and terms & conditions, if required; Now save the entry and create sales invoice; Download or print the invoice and share with your customer; You can also edit the invoice if needed. And track the party due balance if anything is due from the customer side.

Is it possible to give access to staff members?

Yes, you can use our software for multiple users. You need to add staff members and assign any one role according to your need.

Party Item-wise Report

The Party Item-wise Report shows a detailed breakdown of all items transacted with a specific customer or supplier. For a customer, you can see exactly which products they buy, how much quantity, and the total value — helping you understand their buying pattern and offer targeted deals. For a supplier, it shows which items you source from them and at what cost — useful when negotiating prices or evaluating whether to switch suppliers. This report is available inside any party's detail page under the Item-wise tab.

Steps

Go to Parties from the sidebar and click on any party name.
On the party detail page, switch to the Item-wise tab.
View the list of all items transacted with this party, along with quantity and total value.
Use the Date Range filter to analyze items for a specific period (e.g., last month, last quarter).
Click Download to export the item-wise report as PDF or Excel.

Tip: Use this report to identify your customer's top-purchased items. Offer bundle deals or discounts on those items to increase repeat orders.

Common Questions

Yes, open the customer's profile from the Parties section and switch to the Item-wise tab. It shows all items they have purchased from you, sorted by quantity and value. This helps you understand their preferences and tailor your offerings.

The party item-wise report focuses on a single party — showing all items transacted with that specific customer or supplier. The item-wise sales report (under Reports) shows all items across all customers. Use the party report when you want to analyze one party's buying pattern, and the item report when you want an overall view.
