Create a New Job Work Order

- Enter the order number, planned quantity, order date, and expected receipt date.
- Review raw materials, quantities, units, average purchase price, and purchase cost before saving.
Issue Raw Materials to the Job Worker
- Confirm the Job Worker, Job Work Item, planned quantity, Issue Number, Issue Date, and Job Work Order before sending material.
- See pending quantities for sewing thread, cotton fabric, size labels, buttons, and other raw materials with their units.
- Enter each Issue Quantity in Roll, Meter, or Piece and save the raw material issue against the job work order.
Review Material Issue History
- Compare Total Issued Goods with the Planned Quantity for the job work order.
- Review each Issue No, Date & Time, Issued Items count, and Issued Quantity in the material issue history.
- Use raw material issue tracking to check what was sent before following up on finished goods received.
Receive Finished Goods
- Confirm the Job Work Item, Planned Quantity, Remaining to Receive, Receipt Date, and Job Work Order.
- Record Accepted Quantity, Rejected Quantity, and Rework Sent when finished goods come back from the job worker.
- Choose a charge type such as Per received unit, enter the Rate per Piece, and review Processing Charges, Total Amount, and Due Amount before saving the receipt.
Review Goods Receipt History
- See Total Received Goods and Total Processing Charges for the job work order.
- Review each Receipt No, Date & Time, Received Quantity, Total Amount, and Paid Amount.
- Use the finished goods receipt history to follow received quantities and outstanding job worker charges.
