Bill / Invoice Settings

Your invoice is often the first professional document a customer receives from your business. A well-branded invoice with your logo, brand colors, and terms & conditions creates a strong impression and builds trust. Bill Settings lets you customize every aspect of your invoice appearance โ€” from the color theme and logo to the digital signature and footer text. For retail businesses with POS counters, you can also configure thermal printer settings for receipt-style printing. These customizations apply to all invoices (sales, purchase, quotations) across all stores.

Steps

  1. Navigate to Settings > Bill Setting.
  2. Choose your Invoice Theme Color to match your brand.
  3. Upload your Business Logo to appear on invoices.
  4. Add a Digital Signature image for invoices.
  5. Set Slogans/Terms & Conditions to appear at the bottom of invoices.
  6. Choose Bill Copy Type (Original, Duplicate, Triplicate).
  7. Add Custom Columns to your invoices if needed.
