A well-branded invoice with your logo, brand colors, and terms & conditions creates a strong impression and builds trust. Bill Settings lets you customize every aspect of your invoice appearance โ from the color theme and logo to the digital signature and footer text. For retail businesses with POS counters, you can also configure thermal printer settings for receipt-style printing. These customizations apply to all invoices (sales, purchase, quotations) across all stores.
Steps
- Navigate to Settings > Bill Setting.
- Choose your Invoice Theme Color to match your brand.
- Upload your Business Logo to appear on invoices.
- Add a Digital Signature image for invoices.
- Set Slogans/Terms & Conditions to appear at the bottom of invoices.
- Choose Bill Copy Type (Original, Duplicate, Triplicate).
- Add Custom Columns to your invoices if needed.
- Toggle Store Address on Invoice on/off.
- Configure Thermal Printer Settings for POS printing.
