Multi-Select & Delete Entries

When you need to remove multiple entries at once โ€” whether it is test data from when you were setting up, duplicate entries created by mistake, or cancelled transactions โ€” the multi-select and delete feature saves you from deleting them one by one. Select the entries you want to remove, review your selection, and delete them all in a single action. This is especially useful during initial setup or when cleaning up records at the end of a period.

Steps

  1. Navigate to All Entries from the sidebar.
  2. Tap and long-press on any entry to activate multi-select mode.
  3. Once multi-select mode is active, tap on additional entries to add them to your selection. Selected entries will be highlighted.
  4. You can also use Select All to select all visible entries on the current page.
  5. Review your selection โ€” the count of selected entries is shown at the top.
  6. Click the "Delete" button to remove all selected entries.
  7. Confirm the deletion in the confirmation dialog. This action cannot be undone.

Tip: Double-check your selection before confirming deletion โ€” deleted entries cannot be recovered. If you only need to delete a single entry, you can open it and delete it from the detail view instead.
