The Subscription page shows everything about your current plan: the plan name, which features are included, how many stores and staff members are allowed, and when the plan expires. Stock Register offers 5 plans — Free (forever free), Basic Plus (Rs. 2,250/year), Advance Plus (Rs. 3,600/year), Manufacturing (Rs. 3,000/year), and Manufacturing Plus (Rs. 5,000/year). Each plan is designed for different business needs. You can upgrade anytime to unlock features like multiple stores, staff accounts with role-based access, manufacturing module, and priority support. All paid plans include a 7-day free trial with no advance payment required. Your data is never deleted — even if your plan expires, all your transactions, items, and reports are preserved.

Steps

  1. Navigate to Settings > Subscription from the sidebar, or visit the Pricing page.
  2. View your Current Plan details: plan name, included features, number of stores, staff members allowed, and expiry date.
  3. Compare plans to find the best fit: Free (1 store, no staff), Basic Plus (3 stores, no staff), Advance Plus (3 stores, 3 staff), Manufacturing (BOM/recipe features), or Manufacturing Plus (manufacturing + staff + unlimited stores).
  4. Click "Start 7-Day Free Trial" to try any paid plan risk-free — no advance payment required. Cancel anytime before trial ends.
  5. Click "Upgrade" to switch to a higher plan. The upgrade takes effect immediately with instant access to all new features.
  6. Click "Renew" if your plan has expired to continue using premium features.
  7. View Billing Details for past payment history and receipts.

(4) Manufacturing — Rs. 3,000/year for single owners with recipe/BOM, production entries, and raw material tracking. (5) Manufacturing Plus — Rs. 5,000/year for manufacturing teams with staff access, unlimited stores, and priority support. All prices are exclusive of GST.

The Free Plan is forever free with no time limit. It includes: 1 business account, 1 store/godown, unlimited items and parties, bulk upload and bulk edit, sales and purchase management, multiple invoice themes (A4/A5), GST and non-GST invoices, GSTR-1 and GSTR-2 reports, expense and cash flow management, stock value tracking, low stock alerts, automatic cloud backup, and data sync across Android app and website. It does not include staff access, staff role control, or multi-store features.

Basic Plus (Rs. 2,250/year) is for single business owners — it includes 3 stores/godowns and phone/WhatsApp support but no staff access. Advance Plus (Rs. 3,600/year) includes everything in Basic Plus plus 3 staff members with role-based access control. Staff roles include: Sales Operator (sales entries only), Sales Purchase Operator (sales + purchase entries), and Store Admin (full store access except owner settings). You can add extra staff beyond 3 at an additional cost.

Manufacturing (Rs. 3,000/year) is for single owners — it includes everything in Basic Plus plus recipe/BOM management, production entries with auto raw material deduction, and job work management (coming soon). No staff access. Manufacturing Plus (Rs. 5,000/year) includes everything in the Manufacturing plan plus 3 staff members with access control, unlimited stores/godowns, and priority phone/WhatsApp support. Note: Manufacturing features are available on Website only.

Your data is always preserved even if your plan expires — all transactions, items, party records, and reports remain intact. However, you won't be able to add new entries (sales, purchases, etc.) or view existing data until you renew. Free plan features remain accessible. Renew anytime to regain full access.

Yes, you can upgrade anytime from Settings > Subscription. The upgrade takes effect immediately with instant access to all new features. You pay the difference for the remaining period. However, downgrades are not allowed during an active subscription period.

Yes, all paid plans include a 7-day free trial with full access to all plan features. No advance payment or credit card is required. You can cancel before the trial ends and pay nothing. This lets you explore all premium features before committing.
